A senior sales/business development executive with a technical background is required to continue the expansion of this successful embedded systems development
consultancy. You will be keen, professional and able to work on your own initiative and work closely with the team of engineers and directors. You will need
experience of selling into the electronics industry, interacting with purchasing and technical personal and have a hunter instinct. You will join a dynamic,
supportive environment with plenty of scope to grow. There will be occasional travel overseas.
Salary: £30,000 to £38,000 plus benefits
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the sales initiative for this electronics product development consultancy service. Using our existing CRM database and your own research, you will contact
potential new clients both in the UK and abroad and win new business. You will visit clients (with technical support where required) present the company and discuss
their project requirements. You will act as the account manager for existing clients, ensuring deliverables are met and securing repeat business with them.
Your role will include:
• Management of the CRM database.
• Contacting potential new clients.
• Account managing existing clients.
• Client presentations.
• Discussing and recording client’s project requirements.
• Helping to prepare proposals.
• Preparing quotations.
• Supporting trade shows and attending networking events.
Education and Experience
Pre-Requisites:
• Qualified to BSc or equivalent in a technical subject (software or electronics).
• Three years business development experience in the electronics industry.

A senior engineering manager is required to continue the growth of this successful embedded systems development consultancy. You will be keen, professional and able to work on your own initiative managing a team of experienced engineers and working closely with directors.
You will need experience of developing embedded software and electronic systems, project management and the complete product development life cycle.
Due to the nature of this role it is essential that you have access to a car for business use and hold a full driving licence.

Manage and develop an engineering consultancy team working on diverse projects in medical, defense, automotive and industrial sectors. Oversee project teams to ensure that projects are delivered to time and to a high standard. Continue to develop the team through recruitment and training.

Roles and Responsibilities
Under the guidance of a Principle Engineer you will implement, test and debug embedded
software for a range of applications including medical imaging, automotive and acoustic
signal processing. You will work with leading edge technology alongside highly skilled
engineers and program managers, all with proven track records of executing demanding
projects. Your role will include:
• Contributing to the creation of software designs.
• Application of object orientated and modular design techniques.
• Implementation of embedded systems in C.
• Test and debug of embedded software using a variety of commercial and in-house tools.
• Use of version control systems.
• Project planning and management.
• Travel to clients premises for integration testing and support.
Education and Experience
Pre-Requisites:
• Qualified to BSc or equivalent.
• Three years developing embedded applications.
• Two years embedded C and/or embedded C++.
• Working knowledge of structured and object orientated design.
• Some experience of team or project management.
• Familiarity with embedded and real-time software debugging techniques.
The following qualifications and experience would be considered an advantage but are not essential:
• MSc in Computer Science, Physics or Maths.

for a novel medical imaging device. The position offers an intermediate to senior engineer excellent opportunities
to apply .NET software design and implementation skills in a dynamic, supportive environment. Knowledge of LEADTOOLS and DICOM medical imaging is an advantage..

Roles and Responsibilities
You will design, implement, test and debug elements of the user interface and data navigation, store and load
in C# using Visual Studio 2008. You will work with leading edge technology alongside highly skilled engineers
and program managers, all with proven track records of executing demanding projects. Your role will include:
• Contributing to the creation of user interface, database and software designs.
• Application of object orientated and modular design techniques.
• Implementation for dedicated systems in C# 3.0 using .Net 3.5 on Windows XP..
• Test and debug of embedded software using a variety of tools and techniques.
• Execution to an agreed project plan.
• Occasional travel to clients premises for integration testing and support.
Education and Experience
Pre-Requisites:
• Qualified to BSc or equivalent.
• User interface development experience.
• Three years developing C# with Visual Studio and .NET for multi-threaded applications.
• Good understanding of C++ and C.
• Working knowledge of structured and object orientated design.
• Familiarity with embedded software debugging techniques.
The following qualifications and experience would be considered an advantage but are not essential:
• MSc in Computer Science, Physics or Maths.
• Full software product development life-cycle experience.
• Database development using LINQ, ADO.NET or SQL Server.
• Development of imaging applications, particularly using LEADTOOLS SDK.
• Knowledge of medical imaging, particularly DICOM 3.0 image data formats.
